Utilising Rossound Hire services means that our clients
receive thirty five years of experience in sound and lighting
system design, product knowledge and equipment operation.
We provide on site surveys of individual needs so each
system is specifically designed to meet the requirements
of the occasion and situation, to ensure that visual and
lighting perspectives and sound quality is maximised.
We also provide detailed quotes and explanations of the
systems that we design as part of the client focused service
that we offer. In addition to the needs analysis we provide
prior to an event, we also have a range of hire options
to cater for every event organisers needs. The intensity
of services range from fully set up and operated to drive
in hire, client operated systems. Whatever our level of
involvement, however, Rossound Hire ensures all equipment
is fully tested and a full demonstration of its use is
provided with a 24 hour call service available for support.
We offer this as customer service and commitment is our
primary focus.
Operated
Rossound Hire offers an operated service, where, in
addition to reliable and timely delivery and set up,
an experienced operator remains on-site with the equipment
to provide a variety of services including technical
support, mixing and recording.
Rossound Hire is also able to provide event announcers
to broadcast loudspeaker information for the duration
of an event.
Delivery
Experienced, professional team members deliver and set
up hire equipment to your event on time. The units are
fully tested and our operators provide a full explanation
of how to operate the system. A 24 hour call service
is also available should there be any difficulties once
our staff have left the site.
Drive-in Hire
Customers come in to Rossound Hire to discuss their
needs and have a system designed on the spot. All units
are tested before they are hired and a full explanation
of their use is provided before the customer takes the
unit away to set up themselves.

SPECIAL EVENT RADIO
|
A specialist division of Rossound Hire, Special Event
Radio is a radio station for hire. Event organisers
are able to transmit information, entertainment and
advertisements specific to their event on the FM band,
in a localised area, for the duration of their event.
Rossound Hire arranges transmission licences and provides
the infrastructure to enable broadcasting on the FM
band, including the transmitter, all electronics and
a mobile observation van from where the transmission
takes place and the radio programme is produced by a
DJ of the event organisers choice. Experienced Rossound
Hire staff are also available to operate the system
during the event, if so required.
Rossound Hire is able to pre record advertisements
and other information segments for replay on the radio
station for the duration of a specific event.
In addition to pre recorded information, Rossound Hire
is able to pre programme an entire radio programme,
so the system is fully automated, negating the need
for any DJ operation.

Rossound Hire developed a sales division named PALIS
Pro Audio in response to client demand for permanent installations.
We bring to this service the benefit of our extensive history
in the design and installation of sound and lighting systems
for hire purposes. Our commitment to customer service and
support is extended to our sales division. We provide:
- On site consultation and inspection to discuss client
needs, individual site specifications and budgets.
- Subsequent to our site inspection and needs analysis we
provide detailed, written quotes, with full explanations
of system design and pricing options, with product demonstrations.
- We have our own experienced installers, qualified in audio
engineering and our own electrical contractor.
- Full handover and detailed explanations of system and
equipment operation.
- All our sales have a 2 year warranty on cabling and installation
and most products.
